Ebony Lunsford Evans
Founder and CEO
Ebony Lunsford-Evans, founder and Chief Executive Officer of Out of the End Incorporated. Ebony is currently a self taught urban farmer who loves to grow everything from seed, to food to flowers to people. Ebony has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She taught in Pittsburgh Public Schools for eleven years and used those experiences to transfer her skills into teaching in the field of agriculture. Ebony leads two community farms and uses them as teaching grounds for the community to learn to grow and nutrition. She is on a mission to “Restore the ABILITY of a GENERATION.”
Anthony C. Evans
Vice Chair
Oversees the Internal Operations and Customer Relations for the organization as well as help achieve the company’s agendas. Anthony takes on the important role of monitoring the implementation of the organizations strategies.
Tonya Foster
Treasurer
Tonya Foster received her Masters in Criminal Justice in 2011 and is currently an Officer with a state law enforcement agency. With experience in community relations and organizational strategies, she will be able to assist with strengthening community partnerships and facilitating avenues of community engagement.
Currently, Tonya serves as the Treasurer on the Out of the End Incorporated (OOTE) Board of Directors. She has been on the board since 2019.
Latisha Branch- Nalls
Chief Executive Administrator
Latisha Branch-Nalls received her Masters of Business Administration degree in 2008 and is currently a Closing Operations Manager for a national mortgage title company. She has aspirations of becoming a licensed Real Estate Agent, by mid-June 2021 to help members of the community obtain homeownership. With her experience in home buying, budgeting and banking she will be able to provide additional resources and knowledge to the community.
Currently she serves as the Chief Executive Administrator on the Out of the End, Inc., (OOTE) Board of Directors. She has been on the board since 2021. Latisha became involved with OOTE back in 2018 when it was in its developing stage. The desire to help the community with various skills and knowledge is one of her passions.
Jermaine Humphrey
Board Member
Jermaine Humphrey is Business Development Manager in the travel industry with years of successful experience in customer service, leadership, team building, training and development. Jermaine also has a diversified background with ownership, managing, investing, and partnering with several other successful business ventures in the past few decades.
Jermaine enjoys traveling the world and spending as most time as possible with his wife and two daughters. Jermaine has always been committed to giving back, something that was instilled in him at early age from both his grandmother and mother. With all of qualities and experiences, Jermaine is honored to have been selected as an Out of the End, Inc., board member.
Ashley Branch
Assistant of Chief Executive Administrator
Ashley is a young, energetic, motivated individual who has obtained her master degree in legal studies, as well as a certificate in healthcare compliance. She obtained her BA degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania majoring is Economic Pre-Law. Ashley's masters degree was obtained at The University of Pittsburgh School of Law. She is currently a District Service Manager for General Motors. Ashley is eager to be apart of this organization! She loves the community.
Lonika Moses

My name is Lonika T. Moses. I'm a resident of Pittsburgh's Northside. I graduated from Western School of Health and Business Careers and received a diploma/certificate as a Medical Assistant. A former employee of Pittsburgh Mercy for 19 years where i worked with adults with intellectual disabilities. I sit on the board of OOTE as an advisor. Currently the manager of Farmer Girl Eb an urban community fresh produce store. I am semi-fluent in Spanish and ASL. I enjoy yoga, walks, problem solving, and spending time with my friends and family.
